Triple Berry Buttermilk Granola Muffins

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¾ cup Bear Naked Triple Berry Granola
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 ½ cup Buttermilk


1. Preheat oven to 400ºF, convection setting.

2. Place jumbo paper liners into jumbo-sized muffin tins. Pan spray inside of paper liners.

3. Whisk together all of the dry ingredients, including the granola.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla, vegetable oil and buttermilk. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredient mixture, stirring just enough to combine.

5. Use an appropriate sized scoop to place 170g of mixture into each paper lined muffin tin. Fill any unused wells with 1” of water to prevent pan from warping.

6. Sprinkle tops of each muffin with additional granola for garnish.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 16-18 minutes until a skewer inserted into middle comes out clean. Allow to cool in muffin tin for 5-10 minutes then transfer to a rack.
