cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
2 cups Bear Naked® Rolled
Oats

¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾
cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp flax meal
½
cup walnuts (optional) |

- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Coat baking sheets with nonstick
cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, applesauce,
egg white, canola oil and vanilla until smooth.
- In a medium
bowl, stir together Bear
Naked® Rolled Oats, whole wheat flour, all-purpose
flour, baking soda cinnamon, and flax meal
using a wooden spoon.
- Transfer dry ingredients
into large bowl and mix with wet ingredients. Mix until
blended.
- Fold in raisins and
walnuts.
- Using a tablespoon, drop dough
onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes.
