¾ cup Bear
Naked® Rolled Oats
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

cup sugar
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

tsp nutmeg
6 egg whites (or 3 eggs)
½
quart fat free buttermilk
¼
cup melted butter |

- In a large bowl, mix Bear
Naked® Rolled Oats, flour, sugar, baking
soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl,
combine egg whites and buttermilk. Mix well.
- Gently mix
liquid ingredients with dry ingredients.
- Add butter and
stir just until butter has been worked in. Be
sure not to overmix.
- Preheat waffle iron to med-high
setting.
- Pour ¾ cup
waffle mix onto waffle iron and cook.
Waffle
iron time and temperatures may vary; it is generally
4-6 minutes/waffle.
- We recommend topping with fruit preserves or non-fat cool
whip with fresh fruit.
