Naked® Rolled Oats

cup whole wheat flour

cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda
½
tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter

cup canola oil |

½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 cup mixed dried fruit (we like ½ cup dried apricots, ¼ cup
dried cranberries, and ¼ cup raisins)

cup chopped walnuts |

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spray cookie sheets with nonfat cooking
spray.
- In a large bowl, mix Bear
Naked® Rolled Oats,
whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking
soda,
salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, canola
oil, applesauce, egg, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture to mixing bowl and mix well.
- Fold in dried
fruit and walnuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Let cool on
baking sheet.
