Bear Naked: All Natural Granola, Oatmeal, Low Sugar Cereal and 100% Organic Hot Cereal
 
 
1 ¼ cup Bear Naked® Rolled Oats
¾ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
¼ cup canola oil
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 cup mixed dried fruit (we like ½ cup dried apricots, ¼ cup dried cranberries, and ¼ cup raisins)
½ cup chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix Bear Naked® Rolled Oats, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, canola oil, applesauce, egg, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla.
  5. Add flour mixture to mixing bowl and mix well.
  6. Fold in dried fruit and walnuts.
  7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Let cool on baking sheet.
