1 1/2 cups uncooked Bear
Naked® Medley
2 cups nonfat yogurt (we prefer plain)

cup oat bran
1/4 cup flax meal
1 tbsp warmed honey (microwave for 15 seconds before adding) |

1 apple (chopped)
1 banana (sliced into thin pieces)
1 kiwi (chopped)
1 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) |

- In a medium bowl, combine Bear
Naked® Medley, yogurt, oat bran, flax meal, honey, and chopped apple.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with banana, kiwi,
and berries before serving.
