Bear Naked: All Natural Granola, Oatmeal, Low Sugar Cereal and 100% Organic Hot Cereal
 
 
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup Bear Naked® Rolled Oats
½ cup oat bran
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 egg whites
¾ cup nonfat yogurt
½ cup applesauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 apples chopped
½ cup chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Coat a 9 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, Bear Naked® Rolled Oats, oat bran, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the egg whites, yogurt, applesauce, maple syrup, canola oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients. Stir to combine, but don’t overmix.
  6. Fold in chopped apples and walnuts.
  7. Add the batter to the prepared pan and level out the top.
  8. Bake for 22 – 25 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack.
  10. Run a knife between the bread and the sides of the pan to loosen the bread.
  11. Let stand until cool.
