1 cup whole wheat flour

cup Bear Naked® Rolled
Oats

cup oat bran
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 egg whites

¾ cup nonfat yogurt
½
cup applesauce
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 apples chopped
½
cup chopped walnuts |

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Coat a 9 inch loaf pan with nonstick
spray.
- In a large bowl,
mix whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, Bear
Naked® Rolled Oats, oat bran, baking
powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- In a medium bowl, combine the
egg whites, yogurt, applesauce, maple syrup, canola oil,
and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the dry ingredients
into the liquid ingredients. Stir to combine, but don’t overmix.
- Fold in chopped apples and walnuts.
- Add the batter to the prepared pan
and level out the top.
- Bake for 22 – 25 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes on a wire
rack.
- Run a knife between the bread and the sides of the
pan to loosen the bread.
- Let stand until cool.
