Bear Naked: All Natural Granola, Oatmeal, Low Sugar Cereal and 100% Organic Hot Cereal
 
 
1 cup Bear Naked® Rolled Oats
¾ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp flax meal
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
¼ cup skim milk
1/3 cup canola oil
½ cup walnuts (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, by hand, mash the bananas.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, mix oil, milk, eggs.
  5. Add banana.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients.
  7. Pour batter into 8 inch loaf pan coated with nonfat cooking spray.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  9. Store for 12 hours in foil before slicing.
