| Instead of eating chips or cookies when I get the munchies at home, I dip into my Bear Naked. I also bring a bag to work for my work munchies. I feel so much better now that I have changed my choice for snacking. Try it! |

| Exactly... I find myself never w/out a quick munchie. Especially in the car or in my bag. I always have something availble thats quick, easy and good for me. Although I confess- If I crack open the bag- I consume the whole thing |

Steph's Banana Bread:
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt (33% less sodium) 1/3 cup vegetable shortening 2/3 cup splenda 2 eggs (substitute 1/2 cup egg beaters) 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (I use 4) 2 tablespoons Bear Naked Granola (Vanilla Almond Crunch Low Sugar)
Preheat oven 350 F. I mix with a mixer bananas, baking soda, baking powder, salt, shortening, splenda, egg substitute until nice and creamy. Then I add the whole wheat flour and mix in with a spatula. Pour batter into greased 9"x 5" x 3" loaf pan, ADD 2 tablespoons of granola and use spoon to push into the top of mix and bake 55-60 minutes.
Enjoy....

Bear naked is an awesome snack! Preferably, I eat it for breakfast with a glass of skim milk on the side, but I've never felt guilty taking a handful right after dinner.
I'm new to Bear Naked and am glad I found it at my local grocery store. I've been looking for a tasty, healthy snack for a while. |
