if you like pina coladas...then this bar is for you. i, however, do not want to be tasting or eating a pina colada in my grain-ola bar. this bar is super sweet and loaded with sugar. it's 100% pure sugar. i was hoping for more coconut and less pineapple. i do absolutely LOVE the Fruit & Nut Grain-ola bars! Those are awesome! These tropical ones are a letdown. Reviewer: waterwonder
