why mt. biking: Mountain biking is the actuation of a desire to do great things. It is exciting, difficult, and I am able to push myself to my physical and mental limits. I love the challenge and the power of it. There is nothing better ... except Bear Naked granola of course.

How else do you live Bear Naked? My favorite after ride meal is, hands down, a bacon cheeseburger and a cold beer.
