why mt. biking: Riding trails in the woods gives me a sense of freedom and peace that I can only describe as a perfect state of mind. Also I get high on the nervous energy and excitement of racing.

How else do you live Bear Naked? I eat a lot and almost everything. I try to get in lots of outside time, fresh air and sunshine and even some rain and snow.
