When a dear friend's mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, Christian McEvoy searched for a way to support his friend's family. To reflect the strength and struggle of cancer survivors, he accepted the challenge to run across the United States from the Pacific to the Atlantic - approximately 3,500 miles - one step at a time to raise awareness and money for cancer survivorship.
