We will be at the Expo at 10am- 8pm on Friday Aug. 13, and from 10am-6pm on Saturday Aug. 14!

Do you like to run? Do you love the New England Patriots? Well if so come on out to the 2010 Harvard Pilgrim 10K at Patriot Place! This inaugural event will begin and end at Patriot Place, the home stadium of the New England Patriots football team! Bear Naked will be there handing out granola bars at the post race food tent some come on by for a fun day of running, football, and festivities!

Hey Guys!
This is LJ and I’m so happy to be back for another rockin’ summer on the Boston/New England Bear Naked Tour! I’m joined this year by my new partner in crime- Jon! We’ve just finished up our first week of events and boy was it a fun start!
We kicked off the summer at the Framingham PanCan Road Race- a 5k sponsored by the Framingham Police Dept benefiting pancreatic cancer research. We had a blast last year and were excited to come back this year! We had a fun little surprise this year as the new Jillian Michael’s show “Losing it with Jillian” was on site filming an episode! Was neat to watch the process of filming, and we had a blast handing out Bear Naked samples to all of the race participants!
This week we demo’d at a few Stop and Shops which we will be doing throughout the Boston metro area over the summer- check out our upcoming calendar to see if we’ll be visiting a store near you!
We wrapped up the week with a trip out to Cape Cod to support Firm Racing’s US CoastGuard MWR Duathlon! The participants valiantly battled a very windy day throughout their 2 mile run- 12 mile bike ride- 2 mile run! We were happy we could be there to support the racers with Bear Naked granola parfaits and tastes of our new Grainola bars!
We are off to a great start and we look forward to all of the amazing events we will be bringing the Bear Naked bandwagon out to this summer!

Location: Yacht Rd parking lot, 1 block north of Marina Blvd. (Little Marina Green)
This 10K race organized by DSE Runners started from the Little Marina Green and consists of a mostly flat course. There was also a 1/2 mile distance for kids. Bear Naked provided sample packs and refreshments for runners of all ages!

This weekend was amazing! We went out to Cape Cod for the Falmouth Road Race and the Naukabout Festival! There were over 10,000 runners at the Road Race and they swarm the little town of Falmouth for 3 days!
We were at the Expo on Saturday to give the runners a Bear Naked granola parfait after they picked up their numbers and wandered around the tons of cool booths! Sunday was an absolute blast while we went out to support the runners and their fans at the Road Race! The morning started off with a flag raising, band, and even a fly over! One runner said “you guys win the award for the best food at the Road Race!”- and we were happy to be there!
After his run, Bear Naked athlete Scott Ray stopped by for a parfait so we got to meet him as well! We met thousands of cool runners and volunteers, the sun was shining bright, and it was a pretty perfect day to be Living Bear Naked!

Location: Briones Regional Park, 1611 Bear Creek Road, Martinez, CA
This trail run consisted of a challenging, hilly course good for both experienced trail runners and first-timers ready to get their feet dirty. The race took place at the Briones Regional Park in the East Bay, providing an excellent venue with beautiful scenery, awesome support and unique, high-quality shirts and awards. Per direct feedback from Jasmin the race director, BEAR NAKED was a HUGE HIT at the BEAR CREEK RUN!

Location: Sailboat House, 568 Bellevue, Oakland, CA
In this unique race, runners select the distance they are going to run and predict their time. Watches, radios, ipods or any other electronic devices are NOT allowed! Nor can friends/spectators call out times. The winners at each distance are the runners (or walkers in the 5 km) who come closest to their predicted times. All times will be recorded to the nearest second. Ties will be broken by selecting the runner with the longest time/ smallest percentage error. AWARDS will be three deep at each distance.
The Bear Naked team is providing goodies for raffle prizes along with yummy breakfast cereals and granola parfaits for everyone. Time is on OUR side!!!!

Location: Angel Island, San Francisco, CA
Jump on the ferry with us and come run on one of the most famous islands in the bay! This race has become one of our most anticipated races of the year. Once you get to the top of this mountain, you better catch your breath ’cause you will loose it once you see the views that await you! We guarantee that this is THE best view of the whole bay! You can that to the bank!
