The Seattle Outrigger Canoe Club invites you to compete in The Seattle Grind - a beautiful, fun and challenging race at Lake Sammamish State Park in Issaquah on Saturday, August 7th.

Be there early as there are limited a number of Fruit & Nut samples for participants as well as bumper stickers / coupons.

Races start at 8 am, awards around 3 pm
