Bear Naked tour showed up in Chicago this past week for one very long and crazy weekend.
As always we were there giving out fuel to the Warriors to complete the dash or recover from it.
In the past few weeks Warrior Dash has introduced a couple new obstacles one which is called “Hard Rain”. At the Hard Rain obstacle you have to scale a wall with water pouring down on you and slide down the other side.
We love having fun while we work and all along the tour we have been doing just that, letting our staff run the Warrior Dash.

Besides the crazy race, and Bear Naked Granola, finishers also get treated to some good music and DJ.
That does it for this week.. See you all next week in Kentucky!

Week 3 of the Bear Naked 2012 Warrior Dash Tour took us to Platte City MO.

Every week is never the same.. yes we are always at a Warrior Dash.. but you never know what to expect when it comes to weather. This past week we had to deal with high heat warnings, severe weather warnings, hail, thunder storms and rain.

Between all of the weather issues we had to deal with this past week we still were able to have a great weekend fueling the warriors with energy and we even had some of our VML guys in the house.

All and all the weekend went well (a little rain never heard anyone). our next stop takes us into little Rock Arkansas.
See you all there!

Bear Naked 2012 tour is off and on its way across the country. Our 2nd stop brought us to sunny and hot Fort Worth Texas

They have a saying here in Texas that “everything is bigger in Texas” we have to agree to this because our sampling tent is HUGE!
We also learned that Texas is the land of the butterfly and Bear Naked Granola Grows off of the trees.
Bear Naked has sponsored a few of the areas around the Warrior Dash course this year and one of those obstacles this year is the Warrior Roast.
What is the Warrior Roast you ask? Well it’s rows of flaming hot logs that you must leap over before heading to the beloved mud pit.
Bear Naked was at the two day event doing what we do best… giving fuel and energy to those Pre and Post Warriors and our Brand Ambassadors were eager and ready.
along with our Brand Ambassador’s eager and ready to go our newest team member to the 2012 Bear Naked tour decided to take on the Warrior Dash course for the first time ever right out of the gate.
And he did not do too bad for his first Warrior Dash! He survived and that is what matters the most. Good Job Rob!
The long weekend concluded with the last wave coming through the finish around 5:30pm.

Our next stop on the 2012 tour is Arizona. See you guys there!

Have you ever thought about doing a Triathlon? well if getting up with the sounds of roosters is something you can easily do, then you are one step closer to doing a triathlon.. but of course being able to swim, run, and bike is also key.
Bear Naked Granola showed up at 5am Saturday and Sunday in Colonial Beach, VA to give energy to the 500 participants looking to win it all.

Racing Bear Naked
by Hayley Woldseth

I had the pleasure of representing the Bear Naked Seattle team and racing
alongside many of you at the SeaFair Triathlon. My day began with a
twist, I ditched my wetsuit to swim in a regular suit. Brr! But what a
great way to start the race and live Bear Naked.
Thanks to the adrenaline and Original Peak Protein in my system, I warmed
up quickly and attacked the scenic bike loop along Lake Washington. The
I-90 stretch was a bit windy, but we were all energized by the cheering
spectators and beautiful scenery.
Lastly we hit the run, and the sportsmanship of Seattle really shined! I
spent the first mile trying to keep a steady tempo and loosen up my legs
after the bike. Then came the uphill. We had all been dreading it, but
thanks to the verbal encouragement from fellow athletes it came and went
quickly. Before I knew it, I was crossing the finish line and eating some
granola samples!
I live Bear Naked by exercising and eating pure and natural foods. Bear
Naked Granola gives me natural energy to fuel my active lifestyle. Let us
know how you live Bear Naked!
