What better way to cool off after a strenuous 3.3 miler around the hottest lake in the city, on the hottest day of the year, than a fresh parfait? I can’t think of one. We’re going to be making them straight out of the carton/bag for you from 3:30 – 5:30. We are going to be stationed at the south end of the lake near the crew bleachers, soccer fields, and hopefully some shade.
PS phrase of the day: mmmmmmaple pecan! First six people to blurt out this phrase of the day will get an entire bag of mmmmmmmmaple pecan.

Super Jock N Jill are here to help! The The Seafair Torchlight Run is just a few days away. Join us, and hundreds of new running buddies, as we get the prepared for the Seafair Run with an abridged version around Green Lake.
Immediately following the run there will be a raffle with Super Jock N Jill hookin up shoes, apparel, gift certificates, and some awesome Bear Naked goodies. Time to dust off those jogging shoes! The Seafair Torchlight Run is just around the corner and Super Jock N Jill is getting everyone prepared with three Super Fun Runs around Green Lake. Lace up your shoes, grab a water bottle, and dont’ forget some tunes as we ramp up the main event, July 31st.
