The Summer Roundup Trail Run 12K marks the second leg of the Triple Crown of Running series. This wasn’t your average 12k; the race featured an out-and-back course through beautiful Bear Park that was mostly uphill on the way out and down hill on the way back. This course was intense!
It seemed many racers recognized us as this is the second of its series. We were showered in smiles of appreciation and encouragement to come back to the Springs for more events. Lines formed for our samples. Our attendees waited in 5 minute long lines so that they could get one of our tasty treats. It was our hope that in that line those stomachs growled for granola, because we dispersing the cure like no other. We even came across an individual that gave us the “3 finger Bear Naked claw”. That was totally rad.

The Garden of the Gods park is a beautiful park attracting many outdoor individuals. Activities range from hiking and horseback riding to intense rock climbing. You’ll understand once you see some pictures.
We were graciously invited to the Garden of the Gods which had a huge turnout! Long lines formed at our booth of which many racers and spectators had the opportunity to grab one of our handmade parfaits. We handed out some shirts and reusable bags, of which the crowd went nuts for! In the end, they were all smiles and very grateful that we were there. We had a great time supporting you runners during your hilly 10 mile. Congrats to the winners; we hope you loved our granola 
We intend to come to Colorado Springs again!
