Last chance before the big race. Super Jock ‘N’ Jill’s third of three fun runs to get you prepped and ready for the Seafair Torchlight Run which is just hours away. Grab your running shoes and eco friendly water bottle as we dominate the 3.3 miles that encompasses Green Lake.

Immediately following the run there will be a raffle with Super Jock N Jill hookin up shoes, apparel, gift certificates, and some awesome Bear Naked goodies.  And of course we will have post run nourishment in the form of fresh Bear Naked Parfaits.
