Time to dust off those jogging shoes! The Seafair Torchlight Run is just around the corner and Super Jock N Jill is getting everyone prepared with three Super Fun Runs around Green Lake. Lace up your shoes, grab a water bottle, and dont’ forget some tunes as we ramp up the main event, July 31st.

Immediately following the run there will be a raffle with Super Jock N Jill hookin up shoes, apparel, gift certificates, and some awesome Bear Naked goodies.  And of course we will have post run nourishment in the form of fresh Bear Naked Parfaits. Not hungry after that intense run? Grab a Bear Naked Grain-ola bar for the road.
