What better way to cool off after a strenuous 3.3 miler around the hottest lake in the city, on the hottest day of the year, than a fresh parfait? I can’t think of one. We’re going to be making them straight out of the carton/bag for you from 3:30 – 5:30. We are going to be stationed at the south end of the lake near the crew bleachers, soccer fields, and hopefully some shade.
PS phrase of the day: mmmmmmaple pecan! First six people to blurt out this phrase of the day will get an entire bag of mmmmmmmmaple pecan.
