ConservationNEXT is about to throw down a huge Backyard Collective on  Seattle! After three successful events in Cali they are bringing their environmental restoration skills to Mt. Baker Park this Friday. Awesome right?!? It’s so awesome they have actually ran out of space for volunteers, but either way you should know about them so at the next event you can help too.

ConservationNEXT spawned off of Conservation Alliance in August 2008; it’s goal to connect individuals in the outdoor industry with the work of environmental organizations that receive financial support through the Alliance.  ConservationNEXT.com provides people with opportunities to take online action in support of conservation. The Backyard Collective moves that action to the field, helping the outdoor industry employees, Alliance grantees, and volunteers get their hands dirty in their own communities.

We are going to be on hand getting early morning energy to these guys and gals in the form of fresh parfaits and granola bars.
