Diablo Rock Gym is a full-service facility with all the amenities. It has superb climbing terrain including plenty of moderate and beginner terrain, too, and an excellent bouldering area. There’s a wide array of cardio machines, free weights, and weight machines along with two program rooms for indoor cycling, yoga, and many more classes.

Bear Naked sampled parfaits to outdoor/indoor climbers at Diablo. We also met the world’s fastest climber Hans Florine (see first pic below, on far right) who was teaching a class that evening. He holds the Speed Climb World Record for climbing The Nose of Yosemite’s El Capitan in 2:37:05 on Oct 12, 2008. He LOVES the mango agave almond and wants to become a Bear Naked sponsored athlete!
